Terms and Conditions

By using the RCUR service (hereinafter “RCUR”), provided by the company Wobbie, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 61393185 (hereinafter: “Supplier”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The Supplier reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.

General

These Terms and Conditions apply to every agreement in which RCUR grants the user access to the user section of the website. The user section consists of the parts of RCUR that are restricted from non-users.

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate termination of your RCUR account, and we will report this to Mollie.

Fraud and misuse

  • You may not collect payments from accounts where the account holder has not given permission to your company.

  • You may not misuse the Supplier’s system to send SPAM messages.

  • The Supplier may terminate cooperation at any time in the event of suspicious circumstances, or if Mollie informs the Supplier to discontinue cooperation.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of Mollie’s transaction fees.

  • The Supplier only charges monthly fees, as stated on the public website.

  • All prices listed on the website, quotations, and other documents from the Supplier are subject to typographical errors. The Supplier accepts no liability for the consequences of such errors.

  • The Supplier reserves the right to adjust its rates at any time. Adjustments will be communicated via the website and/or by email.

  • The first payment must be made in advance via iDEAL, Bancontact, Trustly, Belfius, KBC/CBC, or Credit Card. Monthly payments will thereafter be debited in advance per calendar month via SEPA direct debit or Credit Card.

  • If there is a payment arrears of one invoice, your subscription will be suspended. You will receive instructions by email on how to settle the outstanding invoices and when your account will be reactivated.

Termination

  • You may cancel your RCUR subscription at any time.

  • When the RCUR subscription is terminated, you may continue to use all features until the end of the billing period.

  • Upon termination of the RCUR subscription, no refunds will be given for amounts already paid, regardless of the remaining duration of the subscription.

Privacy

The Supplier complies with applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data. The Supplier processes the personal data provided by the user when entering into the agreement only to the extent necessary for the performance of the agreement. In addition, the user’s use of the website may lead to the processing of personal data. Such processing takes place for the purpose of researching possible improvements to the operation of the website and similar purposes. The personal data referred to in this section will not be disclosed to third parties by RCUR.

Other provisions

  • The Supplier strives to keep the website available and accessible as much as possible. However, the Supplier does not guarantee 24-hour availability or accessibility. Reduced availability or accessibility may result, among other things, from maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.

  • The Supplier is in no way liable for the availability or the content of internet pages outside the website that are referred to by means of ‘links’ on the website.
