Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service is not intended to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have consent from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data from being collected without parental consent. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer or withdrawal of consent/objection to processing to info@rcur.app. To verify your identity, we ask you to enclose a copy of your ID. Please mask your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
