e-Boekhouden integration for direct debits
Collecting payments without an invoice throws your bookkeeping off. With RCUR's e-Boekhouden integration every direct debit has an invoice in e-Boekhouden. This page explains what the integration does and what you can set up.

If you collect payments from many customers each month, you'll see that the collecting runs by itself and the administration doesn't. Every direct debit belongs in your books with an invoice. By hand that's a fixed chore where mistakes creep in.
What the integration does
RCUR connects to e-Boekhouden and takes over the administrative work around a direct debit:
- Relations: your customer shows up as a relation in e-Boekhouden, without retyping details.
- Invoices: for a collection RCUR creates the invoice and posts it straight into your books.
- Payments: as soon as the payment comes in, it's booked as a received invoice payment.
- Refunds: on a refund a credit invoice can be created.
The invoice is created in e-Boekhouden, where the rest of your administration already lives. RCUR itself isn't an accounting package.
What you can set up
In RCUR you decide, among other things:
- which e-Boekhouden invoice template is used;
- whether the invoice is sent by email, with your own subject, message text and sender;
- the counter account and VAT rate per product;
- the account the received payments are booked to;
- whether the description is carried along as a reference.
Who it's useful for
The integration pays off once you collect regularly: subscriptions with fixed amounts, many customers per month, or an accountancy firm that wants the figures to match the bank. If you only collect a few times a year, invoicing by hand is often quicker.
Other accounting packages
If you don't use e-Boekhouden, there are integrations with Moneybird, Exact Online, WeFact, HostFact and Teamleader. For everything else there's a public API and Zapier.
What you need
The invoicing integrations are part of the Professional plan (€35 a month). It also includes the customer portal, discount codes, custom fields, Zapier and API access. RCUR charges no per-transaction fees and no percentage of your revenue.
For the collection itself you use your own Mollie account; how that works is covered under automatic direct debit through Mollie. What to weigh when choosing a solution is under direct debit software.
You can try it free for 7 days, no credit card needed.
Frequently asked questions
What does RCUR's e-Boekhouden integration do?
RCUR adds your customer as a relation in e-Boekhouden, creates the invoice, posts it in your books and books the received payment against it once it comes in.
Which plan includes the e-Boekhouden integration?
The invoicing integrations are part of the Professional plan (€35 a month), along with Moneybird, Exact Online, WeFact, HostFact and Teamleader.
Can e-Boekhouden email the invoice?
Yes, if you turn it on. You then set the subject, message text and sender of the email yourself.
Can I choose the invoice template?
Yes. You enter the name of the e-Boekhouden invoice template you want to use. Per product you also set the counter account and VAT rate.
Does RCUR create the invoices itself?
The invoice is created in e-Boekhouden, not in RCUR. RCUR isn't an accounting package: it passes the data on, so your administration stays in one place.
